 Joice Anu, DNP, APRN, AGNP-C

Dr. Joice Anu, Nurse Practitioner serves as the esteemed Chief Executive Officer of Golden Hands Weight Loss & Wellness, holding a prestigious board certification as a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of invaluable nursing expertise. Throughout her distinguished career, Joice has garnered extensive experience across a broad spectrum of medical disciplines, including adult-Gero primary care medicine, medical weight loss and wellness medicine, and mental health. As the visionary leader of Golden Hands Weight Loss and Wellness Clinic, LLC, Dr. Joice, NP is unwavering in her commitment to delivering superior care to her esteemed clientele at a reasonable cost. Her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional healthcare services reflects her genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. 

Dr. Earl Steward, MD

Internal Medicine Specialist

Earl Stewart, Jr. is a physician and native son of the city of Augusta, Georgia, where he grew up and attended public schooling for both his primary and secondary educations. He is a 2005 alumnus of A.R. Johnson Health Sciences and Engineering Magnet High School, where he studied on the Health Sciences curriculum while maintaining a 4.0-grade point average. He is also a 2009 alumnus of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (Cum Laude) with a pre-medical focus with minors in Chemistry and Latin. Dr. Stewart later attended the historic Meharry Medical College’s School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating with multiple honors and commendations in May of 2013. At Meharry, he was a member and leader of several medical student associations and was awarded numerous accolades for academic excellence, professionalism in medicine, humanism, and community service. Dr. Stewart is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations and served on the Governor’s Council of the Tennessee State Chapter of the American College of Physicians, as Secretary of the Governing Council of the Tennessee Medical Association-Medical Student Section, as President of the Thomas-Hardy Internal Medicine Society, and as Chaplain of the Meharry Chapter of the 100 Collegiate Black Men and his medical class. He is also a member of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Honor Society for Humanism in Medicine. He completed residency training in Categorical Internal Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of the prestigious Brown University and its affiliated hospitals in Providence, Rhode Island. Clinical interests are cardiovascular disease prevention, preventive medicine, spirituality in medicine, heart failure management in primary care, opioid addiction treatment, health disparities elimination, diversity in medicine, end-of-life care.
